ARGH!!!

So *I* haven't heard from my roomie, but some ppl are telling me that she ran off with Mr. Mysterioso. Then others are telling me that they got a TEXT from her.

But she didn't text me, her SUPPOSED best FRIEND. WTF???

So she's probably fine, but I'm STILL worried (and ANGRY. and WORRIED!) Add into it that I have a totally important test coming up tomorrow that I TRIED studying in the library for (I HATE studying in my room!) and there's like, a GAJILLION ppl there and they're all acting kinda freaky. It's like, if you feel so sick, don't be spreading yr cooties to me! Go to the Sanitarium!

UGH.

I'm also wondering if maybe I should tell Professor Blunt that I can't find Sophie? He's her advisor and everything. But I don't want to get her in TROUBLE, y'know?

I am having one of those days where I HATE EVERYONE. And I HATE THAT!!!!

OK, I don't know whether to be WORRIED or ANGRY. I didn't see my roomie all day yesterday except for this REALLY weird tweet. Did she butt-dial twitter?

AND she didn't sleep in her bed last night. Did she run off with Mr. Depresso? I tried calling him, but nada.

I even asked delicious Sebastian (BTW, didja hear he broke up with the WITCH?), but he kinda blew me off:

It's just...why wouldn't she have TOLD me that? She's not answering phones/texts/tweets/NOTHING. If you guys hear from her, or see her...well, tell her that her roomie is FREAKING OUT. Mmmkay? Now I gotta get to class. Apparently you ROOMIE going MISSING isn't enough to get an extension on your LIT PAPER. Ugh.

FRIDAY!!

Another Friday and my roomie is NOWHERE to be seen. I'm still feeling a little whacky - low blood sugar, maybe??

Ppl keep saying about how Valemont is all exclusive and we're "ONE OF US" or whatever. I'm thinking less witches, and more CULT. There are some SRLSY weird ppl here!

Ugh, I gotta study for my Western Civ final. I'll be at the library...if you see Sophie, will you let her know???

You guys, I have been SO SICK!

Thankfully my roomie got me to the Sanitarium, like, pronto. (At least I THINK it was y roomie....things are a little fuzzy right around the Panthera party. I don't know if it's 'cause I was sick or maybe someone put something in my drink? Either way? SUX!!!!)

She didn't come visit me, but neither did you guys!!! I guess maybe I was contagious or something?

I can't believe how CRAZY school has been. First my roomie shows up totally late. Then there's like, mean girl central and now I got sick! Not exactly how I was picturing college, y'know?

I have soooo much stuff to catch up on! (Like schoolwork - LOL!) But I think I need to go lie down now. I still don't feel so good. :(

HALLOWEEN! (PLUS: PANTHERA PARTY!!!)

So so so SO much FUN last night! Sophie and I totally hung out and wandered around campus. I used to LOVE Halloween growing up, but I didn't know if people dressed up at Valemont. THEY DID! Some of the costumes were lame (I mean, HELLO, way to jump on the vampire bandwagon everyone!) to funny (there was a GREAT Heidi & Spencer!!!!) to beautiful (Red Riding Hood & the Big Bad Wolf!!!)

I went as a Prom Queen. I KNOW! I always thought of Halloween as dressing up as who we wanted to be...this year it was just about wearing a fancy dress. Sophie wore a cape and a mask - I asked if she was a superhero but she said no, she went as a detective?

I love her but she can be REALLY weird sometimes. (I guess that's why we get along so well!)

Thanks for yr guys help with this last question. I've decided...I'm gonna do it.

Also, have you seen THIS? I totally followed it! I know it's probably a joke like when Aotidae hacked the school site, but hey, this is the MOST IMPORTANT PARTY of the semester...if there's a way in, I'm going!

(I asked Sophie's friend about it, but he swears it's not him. Although it's his profile listed...so I don't know. He can be SO twitchy!!!!)

Sophie has been all over the place this weekend! I don't know, I thought having a roomie meant we'd like, stay up all night and tell each other everything (SHUT UP I KNOW THAT SOUNDS LIKE SUMMER CAMP BUT THIS IS MY COLLEGE FANTASY! LOL!) but she stays up (or should I say out?) all night and tells me NOTHING. She's always holed up with her phone. I thought my texting was bad!

I mean, I'm glad we're besties. She didn't rush a house either so I don't feel like such a Loser, y'know? And when she's here, she's awesome.

ROOMIES!

I was SOOOOO excited to come to school. Valemont was like, my first choice. You guys know that right? (Well, you do NOW! LOL!)

Now school isn't EXACTLY what I expected it to be. I mean, nothing ever IS, right? (I know, SAVE IT FOR PHILOSOPHY 101, POPPY!) But ppl aren't super-friendly here, and I'm just the sort of person who IS, y'know? But it's like there are people here who were BORN mean girls. Is it in their DNA?

How are mean girls MADE anyway? (Oooh, NATURE vs. NUTURE! Yes, I DO pay attention in class!)

But the roomie sitch, well, I just thought she'd show up and we'd be besties, y'know? I didn't have a bunch of friends back home. Ppl always thought I was weird. Maybe it's just because I don't try to be someone I'm not. I'm just me.

I really LIKE Sophie. I think she's awesome. And fun. It's just that she..acts kind of WEIRD sometimes. And I don't mean the "weird" that ppl make fun of weird (like ppl back home made fun of me!) but like, quiet weird.

I guess I thought that ppl at school were going to be DIFFERENT. Since no one knows each other, I thought ppl would be more...open? But sometimes I still feel like the odd one out.

I KNOW, this post is a DOWNER! Anyway, Soph came back to the dorms SUPER late and she was acting all strange so I guess I was just bummed she was hanging out with other ppl instead of me. :( But I know I still totally won in the roomie thing. Because I have heard some TERRIBLE stories about roommates!

With all the TOTAL CRAZINESS going on, I've TOTALLY been neglecting my schoolwork.

College is HARD, ppl! I mean, I was a good student - I had like, nearly a 4.0 (one of my HS teachers I WON'T SAY WHO totally destroyed my chances of a perfect 4.0!!!) I mean, I gotta be smart, I got into Valemont, right?

But between hangin' with my roomie and classes, I haven't had a SINGLE SECOND to think about the IMPORTANT question......what am I gonna major in?

What about you guys? Have you declared your major yet? Do I have to? Should I wait?

I AM SO STRESSED!!!

OK, it's still nice outside and there is some PRIME MEAT out on Valemont Green, if you know what I mean! ;)

OK, so do you guys know that game, Clue?

IT WAS MRS. PEACOCK IN THE CONSERVATORY WITH THE CANDLESTICK!

(I always wanted a Conservatory. Does that sound like, so great? "I'll be in the conservatory." Valemont sounds like the sort of school that has a conservatory, but we don't. We do have a Sanitarium, though. WHICH IS WEIRD, AMIRITE? OK, getting off-track! LOL!)

A couple of days ago something happened in the library. The @ValemontU twitter said books were vandalized. Which is NOT COOL.

Except that this guy Leonardo (is he cute or creepy? ANYone?) says that it was in "the 100s." I have NO idea what that means, until this OTHER guy posts something with a link to the Dewey Decimal System.

So I look it up. "The 100s" in libraryspeak?

BIG NEWS!!! I met my roomie - her name is Sophie and of course she's totally cute and already has the hottest guy on campus all up in her business. However, you know what that means??

She's kinda quiet. But she did start school late, and that's gotta be weird, y'know?

Okay, so WEIRDNESS. THe campus map isn't working and I know that I've been at school for a bit but I am TERRIBLE with directions - I still hold up my hands to see which one makes the "L" for left (or for LOSER! LOL!) but so I am totally lost on campus today. But I didn't mistake Serpentes House for the Lecture Hall this time!

There's some rumors that maybe it's Aotidae pulling pranks again. Like Valemont U peeps said they did this one. I don't know, I was so excited for school but there was that guy dying and the school's website keeps getting messed with and it is FREAKING ME OUT.

At least the MEAN GIRL is something that is TOTALLY NORMAL, right? There's one at every school!

HI EVERYBODY!!!

I thought it would be totally cool to blog about my whole college experience to keep in touch with my HS friends and maybe, I don't know, just like, see if everyone else is dealing with the same stuff I am? I don't know. I MAKE NO PROMISES! (j/k!!)

OK, here I go!

So I've been at Valemont for a week now and I guess everyone seems sort of nice except for this one girl who was SO MEAN when I thought that I was at the Lecture Hall but it was ACTUALLY one of the "Houses." I TOTALLY missed the sign out front but you would have thought that they kept the SECRETS TO THE UNIVERSE in there. Ugh!

I totally had no roomie and these girls on my floor were all "you're so lucky to have a room to yourself" and I was all "yeah" except that everyone is hanging out with their roommates and I DON'T HAVE ONE. Except that the housing office now says that I do. But I haven't met her yet so ROOMIE IF YOU'RE READING THIS COME SAY HI!!!! LOL.

So yeah, I guess college isn't exactly what I expected & peeps aren't as friendly as I thought but I KNOW that'll change. BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT IN THE WORLD, amirite?
